This is the third release of this simple yet powerful Corporation "HELPDESK" application appropriate for anyone running a helpdesk, complaint department, or customer service or support area in a business setting.  This is a Filemaker Pro 2.x template and can be modified since there is no password.  HELPDESK features a smooth 3D graphical interface and ease of use found in few Filemaker templates. It is multi-user capable and provides very powerful features such as E-Mail support (MSMAIL, CC:MAIL).
